Accounting:

The Jack Stahl Company is proud of its ability to provide complete and detailed financial and
property reporting on a timely basis. Financial reports are generally made available to the
owner by the 15th of the following month. The Jack Stahl Company follows generally accepted
accounting procedures. As the owner, you will always be kept informed as to the operation of
your property through prompt and accurate financial statements. An example of reports that
are provided on a monthly basis are as follows:

  • Balance Sheet
  • Operating Statement
  • General Ledger
  • Check Register
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Bank Statement
  • Rent Roll
  • Receivable Report

 

We prepare an annual property budget for review by the owner. Upon approval, this budget is
utilized throughout the year for month and year-to-date variance reporting.

A monthly leasing report is furnished to the owner. This report highlights occupancy and leasing
issues, lists prospects, renewals under consideration and new leases as they are signed.

Upon request, The Jack Stahl Company stands ready to provide additional financial reporting,
property information, market data and other information as may be requested. In addition to
our reporting, The Jack Stahl Company maintains an open line of communication with its clients,
personally apprising them of all facets of the operations.
