The Jack Stahl Company is proud of its ability to provide complete and detailed financial and property reporting on a timely basis. Financial reports are generally made available to the owner by the 15th of the month immediately following. An example of reports that can be provided on a monthly basis are as follows:
- Balance sheet
- Income statement
- Budget variance, monthly and year-to-date
- Rental schedule
- Summarized tenant ledger
- Detailed delinquent/aging report
- General ledger
- Bank reconciliation, check register
We prepare an annual property budget for review by the owner. Upon approval, this budget is utilized throughout the year for month and year-to-date variance reporting.
A monthly leasing report is furnished to the owner. This report highlights occupancy and leasing issues, lists prospects, renewals under consideration, and new leases as they are signed.
